KM336 Kenwood

Chef Classic

The KM336 Chef Classic Mixer from Kenwood is designed to take the effort out of food preparation, leaving you greater options and delicious recipes to play with. The large 4.6 litre capacity bowl of the Chef Classic km336 is perfect for a huge variety of kitchen tasks including kneading, whisking and liquidising. The automatic speed control with pulse maintains the speed of the KM-336, regardless of load, for the sake of consistency and texture.

The KM336 has a slow speed outlet at the front of the machine, used for mincing or pasta rolling, a high speed outlet on the back top of the machine, designed for the liquidiser and centrifugal juicer, and a bowl outlet for making dough, pastry or cakes.

The Kenwood Chef Classic KM336 is finished in a traditional gloss white. While most beaters rotate in a circular motion, the Kenwood bowl tools move in a planetary way, making sure all the mixture is picked up from the bowl, resulting in perfect and thorough mixing. For convenience's sake, the pop-up head of the KM336 Chef Classic Mixer allows you to quickly and easily change attachments.

Kenwood Chef

Review Date: July 7, 2009
Reviewer: Norov, Dundee

The latest version of the Kenwood Chef compares well with the twenty year old machine it replaced. The bowl cover is an improvement and the new coated tools should perform better than the old plain metal type. The old machine died of over use with a burnt out motor so its replacement will have to be around for some time to prove durability. Mixing bread dough is the most onerous task undertaken and the light-weight new Chef jumps higher than the old one.
